Hey John & Demons, happy Christmas eve. I did a 9 min jog this week and will have another on Saturday. As far a goals for the next year, habits is top of my list. Like the idea that John proposed about getting a walk or run in first thing in the morning. Having that same 1/2 hour block of time become habitual will make a big difference for me. An 800 or mile PB sounds good for next year. Would also like some conditioning to get back into some light trail running with an emphasis on the uphill.
