I’ll have to check out the video too! I was able to get a couple of friends together for a run after work on Tuesday this week and it was so much fun! It feels nice to get more runs in socialize, and I agree Bill – the weather has been fantastic for runs. I am just happy the days are getting longer. Once I brought my awareness to my foot and hand strikes, I found that the hand strikes were happening pretty naturally after a little while.
