Howdy all. Just a quick report on my squat test. This week I’m unable to do the other tests because I have a shoulder injury (due to an accident and facing an upcoming surgery…more on this later). However, I smashed the squat test. I weigh just under 180 pounds so I put 90 pounds on and got 42 reps doing 3/4 or better range. Most were ATG. Big burn. How did you do?
My April KPI results are as follows
Deadlift….130lbs…31 times
Bench Press….130lbs…8 times
Squat….80lbs…48 times not nearly ATG but not bad range
Agility….9:20 or 10:50 depending on how you count the Alt split jump and the Bench leg raise.
Over all I am pleased with the results.
