Yes, the ability to keep going like the Energizer Bunny is a trainable trait. The trick is to find ways to make it enjoyable as opposed to monotonous and boring. Mixing some steady-state work at very low intensities with some intervals and circuits at moderate intensity is probably the best recipe.
I am so excited for the group workouts to restart! I have missed that weekend ritual and I think it will help me feel re-inspired to intentionally make time for my T2 workouts throughout the week. 🙂
