Oh Yeah! Me too! We’ll definitely perform the movement pattern exams, and will determine the viability of the 5k run depending upon the air quality. The western U.S. has been plagued by terrible forest fires and smoke. We’ll make the best decisions for preserving the health of every Tribe member.

Wow! It’s KPI Test week again! I can’t believe how the time has flown by. I’m really looking forward to this month’s assessment. We are using a flexible test day (snagging the day in the week when you have the time and energy) so I’m heading out later today (Sunday) despite the snow and cold. Last month an old knee injury flared up a bit so I’ve been doing a lot of the workouts as cycling and hiking. Feeling good again so I’ll be cautious in the 5k and then hope to destroy my record in the pushups and other exercises. I hope everyone has a positive outcome with this week’s adventures!
