    Whoo! 24:56 was my time. I was able to bang out those 500’s in just over 2 minutes. Back in the old days I could hold a 1:40 or so for the 500’s but my legs gave out before my arms right now. Took about 4 minutes go get through the calisthenics. Was a little faster than that on first two rounds and second two rounds I was dragging big time. This was great fun and a great challenge. I am finding areas of my fitness this week that need attention. What did you learn, in this workout or any other?
