    Getting a head start on the suggestion for the week. April is a new month and I’d like to offer you a specific workout each week. Doesn’t matter when you try it, but let me know how it works for you.

    This session is technically called a cruise interval workout. It sandwiches a couple of threshold-effort reps in between an easy warmup and cooldown.

    10′ easy jog
    2 x 10′ @ RPE 7.5-8 (or near your LT) with 2′ walk between
    10′ easy jog

    40 minutes of excellence. Try to sustain that steady output in the reps.
