To run or not to run…ahh yes, that really isn’t a question for us. Human beasts should run. At least some. With good form. Sometimes fast as hell. That’s what we do this week. Since last week featured a tempo sammy workout, this week we will modify the primary sesh of Workout B to be a bit more demonic. As a Demon, take those strides after each drill out to 40-60 yards, and rev up your speed on the last couple to about 90%. Feel the wind in your hair. Rest more between reps so you can go faster.
