    Good day to you! I hope your shedding and shredding is going well. We are eating the PBD, when the sky is light, at our caloric targets. Doing the Tight Pants Test on Wednesdays. Getting the bonus 30′ walk every day. Now you need the MetRev. This is revving up your metabolism every 90 minutes through the day. All you have to do is move what you consider to be somewhat vigorously for a minute and a half. It could be some air squats, carrying groceries luggage or boxes, doing jumping jacks or pushups, etc. Doesn’t matter. This actually revs up your metabolism so it keeps idling along and burning fat as opposed to stalling and storing fat. Let me know how it works for you. As you can see we keep building.     I’m big into several writing projects right now. Have found myself driving the couch a lot instead of using my standing desk and taking more breaks. I need to change it up and do more MetRevs because I can feel my metabolism and body getting stagnant when I sit and type for hours. Have you noticed this phenomenon?

    I have definitely noticed it. I have a standing desk at work and sometimes I feel like it’s too much work to stand so I end up sitting in the chair for most of the day. I think the MetRevs will be a great way to sneak in little breaks throughout the day and get the blood flowing & brain working better.
