Hi JZ here are my results

for the dead lift: 130 pounds x 17 reps. 2,200 units of power

for the bench: 100 pounds x 17 reps. 1,700 units of power

the 800 was hard to tell distance wise so i just gave it hell for 4 minutes and called it good.

My April KPI results are as follows
    Deadlift….130lbs…31 times
    Bench Press….130lbs…8 times
Squat….80lbs…48 times not nearly ATG but not bad range
Agility….9:20 or 10:50 depending on how you count the Alt split jump and the Bench leg raise.
Over all I am pleased with the results.
The 3:00 accessory jump rope was a lung and leg burner

Just did the second try at the jumps. Results were better given a more stable platform ( two picnic benches against the wall )

    1. 16 inch box jump….19 seconds. I’ll take it.

    2. Standing broad jump…..74 inches. Slightly better.

I look forward to trying the jumps again sometime.

Just did the KPI for the week of January 18th, results for the first test were.

    1. 20 jumps up onto 16 inch bench took 28 seconds. ( I should be able to improve on that )

    2. Standing Broad Jump 72 inches. toe on the line to heal landing (best of three after a two jump warm up).

Did the KPI test a week ago and results are as follows

    Run 28:40
    Left Lunge 1:30
    Right Lunge 1:02
    Push Ups 40
    Dead Hang 1:33

    Score 23:55

I lost some time on the run and left leg lunge but picked up a couple of push ups
Overall satisfied with the outcome given the considerations of a busy month.
