Hey you powerful BEAST! Great work on month 1 of our 2-month Power Block! You are kicking it! This final week of the month will be our deload, in which things will get a bit light and casual and your body can catch up from all the zesty sessions we’ve been performing.
As we get ready for summer, it’s a great time to make sure your FittKitt is tuned up and fully operational. We’ll be intermittently using the drag rigs as well, so any enhancements you can make will serve you well. Also, there will be a few bonus sessions that involve heavy backpacks, trekking poles, kettlebells, softballs, soccer balls, frisbees, and basketballs (but not all together!).

Workout A Breakdown: This session is an hour without much power. It is the cardio combo of aerobic nourishment. The goal this week is to just move, and get that volume in. We are trying to enhance circulation and oxygen delivery capacities in the tissues, which we will need later.
Workout B Breakdown: In this routine, you are going to be hitting the major lifting patterns, but doing everything as light weight circuits. Do 10 reps of each exercise and do 3 rounds of each component. Rest as much as you need.
