Merry Christmas! Happy Holidays! Week 5 and we are still going strong in month 1 of the Agility Block! This week will be a very casual deloading week in which we have some very simple options. There will be a Workout A and B and you can try to snag a few of each as your schedule allows.
We actually hit it fairly hard the last few weeks so this week is your chance to recover. Hopefully, this fits in well with holiday travel, visiting, and festive activities.
