If you need to analyze your training, fine-tune your movement patterns, solve chronic injury problems, or improve your body composition…I offer private online consultations which can be scheduled at your convenience. These sessions are exclusively available to subscribed members in The Lifetime Athlete App. Listed below are some common considerations that are successfully addressed in Personal Coaching Consultations.
