Is your diet working for you? That’s a great question and there are potentially many answers. In this episode I share some experiments I’ve conducted with my own diet over the past several years. I review the concept of diet as a descriptor of food intake and its powerful relationship to health and performance. Then I provide some insights regarding popular diets, fasting, vegetable intake, and fiber.
