T2 Programming 2021-04-26…Sassy Sessions for Deloading!

Congratulations on completing our Strength training block. That was 3 months of focused excellence. Treat yourself to a deloading week and let your body consolidate the gains you’ve made. We will really emphasize recovery this week as we prepare for the upcoming Power block.

I think you’ll find this week’s programming to be particularly tasty. Each day has a different, delightful assignment. Do any or all, in any order. Enjoy!
