Oh yea, it’s KPI test week! Since we are wrapping up the endurance block with this month, and it’s the 3rd week, it’s time to check the status of your awesomeness! This week features 3 unique workouts, each with a slightly different theme. Your challenge is to do at least two of the sessions twice in the week. The goal is to beat your performance from the first session when you are in the second session, even if by a small margin. You’re ready…you can do this!

As we often say in the tribe “This S**t Works!” It’s hellagood! Here are some things to focus on as you go through these sessions:
- On your power walk or run, reasonable fatigue is that feeling that you are “about done” but not exhausted and moving ugly. Just take it until you are struggling a tiny bit to hold pace, getting hungry, and your mind is ready for the next thing in your day or evening.
- On all the other exercises “failure” is that point when you can’t complete another full range of motion rep with good form. It’s not a partial range Herculean grunt fest. Keep it pretty.
- On the first go-round of each session, explore each movement and be perhaps a tiny bit conservative. Record your results for each exercise.
- On the second go-round, psyche up and crush your stats. You got this!
- Remember to be creative. If you don’t have the ideal equipment, modify and make do. Create the win.
