T2 Programming 2021-11-22…Deloading from the Endurance Block

Congratulations on making it to the completion of the Endurance Block. This week wraps up our concentration on fatigue resistance before we progress into an agility-based focus. As we deload this week, the workouts take on a more playful and casual attitude. Try to fit what you can around holiday travel and celebrating.

Looking ahead, and just to give you a heads-up, we’ll be moving our mojo into our home gyms exclusively for the months of December and January. This is per our Annual Training Plan. Also, in accordance with the seasonality model of training, the workouts will be relatively brief in order for them to be evolutionarily consistent. More on this later. Indoor micro workouts are the them in the dark time. 

One more thing, January will feature a bonus body re-comping emphasis called the Shed and Shred, in which we’ll add some additional but optional programming to the workouts. It will progress to the Slash and Burn (thanks Danette!) in February. I’ve got a new spin on the fat loss scene which is totally Tribal and you are going to love it.
