T2 Programming 2021-12-27…the Holiday Deload!

Happy Holidays! I hope you are having a great season! It’s a busy and festive time of year, but also a chance to get in some rest and training. In keeping with our theme of microworkouts, this week will feature two simple sessions that you can do a few times wherever you can fit them in. It’s just a nice way to keep fresh and mobile as you cruise through the week.

A lot of the training you completed this month has been readiness conditioning for next month. I’m confident that you’ll have the tissue durability and fitness to get into more jumping and directional management work. As we move along into the year, I’ll be feeding you some challenges which I know you’ll overcome. 

There are a couple things to get on your tribal radar. First, legacy members will be receiving your discount coupon code via email. This offsets the price increase and keeps you at the original rate, as long as you enter the code into your account at the bottom of the Tribe page (before you hit the orange button to login). January will start the Shed n’ Shred bodycomp plan with extra diet and metabolism information…all communication will be in the T2 Forum and MasterClass. Great time of year for such an endeavor. And finally, the Running Demons will also be getting their info in the same places. Anyone in the Tribe is welcome to join either group. 

It’s also a great time to recruit some new members (that’s always actually) but if we can grow our numbers, I might be able to fund the transition to an app for this club. I certainly need and appreciate your help. So many people out there (not you) are weak, lazy liars and we need them to get off their asses and sign up. There are no obstacles and no excuses with the Tribe.
