As Lifetime Athletes, we condition our bodies in several ways. Metabolic conditioning involves the energy systems we utilize, as well as our perceived effort and overall tolerance of training. Mechanical conditioning speaks to our form, technique, and the manner in we execute movement. Both are important. In this episode, I describe and discuss these types of conditioning and offer a few tips and suggestions to help you make your training more comprehensive.
