During the Coronavirus pandemic, we are faced with the need to minimize potential for disease transmission. This involves social distancing, or decreasing exposure to others. Gyms, group fitness programs, and team practices are in most cases temporarily unavailable, but this doesn’t mean you can’t train. You just have to be a bit creative.
