Defining the Lifetime Athlete involves several key indicators. First, a Lifetime Athlete has identified and developed an area of specialization…a sport or pursuit with fits his/her gifts and in which performance has been maximized. Next, the development of complete, well rounded, athletic athleticism is a must. Weaknesses or liabilities need to be shored up so they do not eventually bite your beast in the buttock, i.e. impair performance or detract from long term health. In this episode, you’ll discover how to:

  • Understand the 5 capacities of human performance: strength, speed, power, agility, and endurance.
  • Rate your own abilities in each of those 5 capacities.
  • How creating athletic balance can make you both high-performing and long-lasting…in effect Hard to Kill.
